All shipments are made from the south of Mexico City.
2. How long does shipping take?
- For deliveries within Mexico City and the State of Mexico, delivery time is 1 to 3 business days .
- For other states of the Mexican Republic, the estimated time is 3 to 4 business days .
3. What shipping companies do you use to ship yo-yos?
We currently work with private courier companies such as FedEx, DHL, and Paquete Expres to ensure fast and secure deliveries.
We implement international shipments through Coerreos de México which takes a little longer (from 5 to 1 week depending on how far the order is sent).
4. In what currency are the yo-yo prices?
All prices in our store are in Mexican pesos (MXN) .
5. Do yoyos include a string?
Yes, all the yo-yos we sell at BettyGallegos.com include at least one string . Some models may come with two or more strings , depending on the product. You can find this information in the description of each item.
